Size or model exchange and returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be returned in the same condition as you received it, unworn, undamaged and with all the labels attached, the invoice and the original packaging included.

Shipping, return and customs fees are paid by the customer.

Return and exchange of goods.

1.1. Defects in goods are eliminated, poor-quality goods are exchanged and returned in accordance with the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and these Rules. The seller undertakes to take back poor-quality goods or goods with defects if the buyer contacted the seller within 24 hours due to the poor quality or defect of the goods. And if the buyer wants to return the goods due to color, size (although everything was indicated accurately in the description of the goods) or because the goods did not meet expectations – the customer returns the goods himself. Money for the returned goods is in all cases transferred only to the payer’s bank account.

1.2. In order to return the goods(s) in accordance with 1.1 of the Rules. point, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days (except for goods received with defects or damaged during transportation, for which it is necessary to contact within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the goods (except for manufacturing defects)) from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by the means of communication indicated in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned goods, order number and reasons for the return.

1.3. When returning quality goods to the Buyer, the following conditions must be observed:

1.3.1. the returned goods must be in the original neat packaging;

1.3.2. the goods must not be damaged by the Buyer;

1.3.3. the goods must be unused, not having lost their commercial appearance (undamaged labels, untorn protective film, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of returning a poor-quality product);

1.3.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;

1.3.5. when returning the product, it is necessary to present its purchase document.

1.4. The Seller has the right not to accept the Buyer’s returned products if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for returning the products set out in Article 1.3.

1.5. If you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and report that the product did not meet expectations/is not suitable, or is damaged, defective – the Seller will collect the product himself free of charge. If you contact us later than 24 hours – the Buyer will have to return the product at his own expense, having the right to use our Venipak parcel return service – which will allow you to do this cheaper than directly applying for courier services.

1.6. When returning the wrong product and/or a poor-quality product (except for a factory defect), the Seller undertakes to collect such products from the buyer himself (if the buyer contacted the seller about these problems within 24 hours after receiving the product) and replace them with similar suitable products or refund the money paid.

1.7. When returning the products, they must be delivered by courier to the location (Vytauto pr. 41-8, Kaunas) or to the Kaunas Akropolis parcel machine. All costs related to transporting the product to the warranty service are paid by the Buyer. The money for the product is returned to the same account by transfer.

1.8. Promotional products and products with a discount are not refundable, they can be exchanged for another model, size or color.

1.9. After returning the product, the product is checked for signs of use, whether the complete set is complete, and then the money is refunded. This may take up to 14 business days.
